Spiritual Direction is a sacred space, where a compassionate and welcoming companion comes along side you as you navigate the intricate pathways of your spiritual journey toward the heart of God. The focus of Spiritual Direction sessions are not about practical problem solving, but about holy curiosity and exploring what is going on in your heart, mind and body. A one-on-one session offers an objective, non-judgmental space where you can talk freely and openly about right where you are in your story. Under the gentle guide of our seasoned spiritual directors, you will be listened to, supported, and nurtured along the way as you explore your relationship with God, yourself and others.

What does the Bible have to say about the Larger Story God is telling? Is it important to know? Does my story fit into God’s Larger Story? What story is my life telling? Exploring questions and noticing God’s responses offers us greater insight into the heart of God. Every third Tuesday of each month, we gather around a table for a shared meal and conversations that matter. Using a variety of spiritual practices, a facilitator will guide the group through questions that perhaps will ignite more curiosity than solutions.

Pause Night is an invitation to slow down, let go of distractions, and intentionally listen as we read and engage in God’s word. Silence is offered and encouraged as we participate in listening and receiving. In quietness, we prepare our mind, heart and body before we move into reading scripture. We take our time to reflect on the Word. We pause as we respond in prayer. Finally, we simply rest as God’s word lingers, right where we are.

Needing some silence and stillness? Perhaps some solitude? We offer an escape from the chaotic noise, constant movement and overcapacity in our everyday life.
